Hanging Moss Villa is our pride and joy and we have tried very hard to make it a warm and welcoming house, where you can truly relax.

What really makes our home and made us buy it, is the location and pool views.  Please look at our Photo Gallery to see more views.  Due to our large deck area, the pool gets the sun all day (weather permitting & seasons permitting)  You will love it !  There is an alarmed patio door to warn when little feet are trying to get outside without you (it can be turned off very easily).  The pool and large deck area is enclosed by a screen to keep out the bugs but let the sun in.  There are comfortable tables & chairs (for eating al fresco) along with relaxers.  There is also a charcoal BBQ for guests use.

Our Canadian friends, Allan & Rita, have now built us an additional paved area outside of the pool enclosure, overlooking the lake.  We are planning on adding an additional table and seating for a lovely breakfast area. 

The kitchen is fully equipped, to enable you to cook everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal - although if you're anything like us, you'll take advantage of the umpteen restaurants on the 192!

Also in the kitchen is the PC.  A PC in the kitchen - why?  As we are all concerned at our children surfing the net and finding unsuitable sites, we felt that that the PC would be best tucked into the kitchen which is open plan.  No locked doors and accessible to all.

There's also a lovely sunny breakfast nook which is ideal if the children would like to colour or play games or to sit and drink your coffee in the morning.  There is also a more formal dining area with its beautiful marble top table for those 'special times'.

We have tried very hard to make our home as comfortable as possible, for everybody.
