As more and more vacation properties are being built, so more homes are losing their wonderful views. Our views are of protected wetlands and a natural lake, making it impossible to build on. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully equipped, air conditioned home with own heated pool is situated in the Davenport area of Orlando, close to the US Highway 192 and only minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World, Champions Gate Golf Course and other major attractions. It is set in Sunridge Woods, a secure, exclusive community of private homes within a conservation area with rolling hills and small lakes. We are virtually un-overlooked and have stunning views across to the lake and an abundance of wildlife that visit us (all safe!) throughout the year, including American Bald Eagles, buzzards, Peregrin falcons, squirrels, cranes, red cardinals and giant tortoises who live just across the road.
